Low tide at the Windsocker swim channel

On a clear-water, low-tide day like this, we get close up and personal with the sea creatures that share Kaimana waters with us.


Those of you who have an iPad oughtta download Hawaii Reef Fish from Apple's  App Store - beautiful pics of each and every reef fish in juvenile and adult, male and female colors, with notes about the lives and habits of each species.  Great for figuring out what that irridiscent blue-and yellow thing with a unicorn's horn was - and like an Audubon Society birder's book it allows you to click-mark to create a slide show of the ones you've seen (Linda's checked off nearly 40 on our reef).
